This high-proof expression blends the unique qualities of Irish grain and single pot still whiskeys with the vibrant and robust rye to showcase the complexity and balance sought by Master Distiller Brian Nation of O'Shaughnessy Distilling for Keeper's Heart Whiskey.
We will feature our signature whiskey in our barrel-aged old fashion, tasting flight along side Keeper's Heart whiskeys and in our menu to enhance flavors. Be one of the first to taste our signature whiskey and culinary creations!

A concentration of confectionary sweetness with the orchard and tropical fruits coated in baking spices delivering a combination of spicy ginger, candy and some citrusy notes which are slow to dissipate, eventually revealing a complex combination of charred oak and notes of barley grain
