Mark Luedtke joined the Bloomington ChopHouseSM as the opening General Manager in December 2007.  The Bloomington ChopHouseSM is the latest in a number of high-end, high profile restaurants Mark has been involved with over the years.  From the nationally acclaimed Goodfellow’s to the trend-setting Azur Restaurant and Ballroom, Mark has been a part of the Twin Cities best food and beverage service teams.

Mark was fortunate enough to have worked with legendary maître d Steve DiPetrio at the Westin Wailea Beach Resort early in his career.  Having honed his service skills under this demanding mentor, Mark moved on to the then new Maui Marriott Resort as Head Waiter and Service Manager of the Lokelani, Maui’s premier seafood restaurant.

It was after his return to the mainland and settling in the twin cities that Mark began developing his own theories of great service delivery.  From contributing to the work of Ron Zemke, author of Service America and Knock Your Socks Off Service, to numerous consulting projects, Mark has impacted the way service professionals in Minnesota and beyond approach their business.
