Executive Chef Chris Hammer joined the Bloomington ChopHouse in early December of 2007. Chef Hammer’s career spands over 15 years in upscale Restaurant and Hotel venues.
Chef Hammer has previously held positions as the Restaurant Chef at Gustino’s and the Northern Shores Grill, as well as Banquet Chef and Executive Sous Chef at the Marriott City Center, Marriott Airport and the Depot Minneapolis Renaissance Hotel.
Chef Hammer has participated in numerous Charity Events and Benefits including Taste of the Nation, Taste of the NFL and March of Dimes Dinners.
